Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material/ : Pada tanggal 29 Maret 2024, salah satu anggota Type of Material Information or Fact Direksi Perusahaan, yaitu Bapak Jozef Ignasius Munaba telah meninggal dunia. On March 29, 2024, one of the members of the Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Jozef Ignasius Munaba, passed away. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material : Atas hal tersebut maka kami informasikan lebih / Description of Material Information lanjut bahwa kegiatan operasional Perusahaan or Fact sehari — hari akan tetap berjalan sebagaimana biasa, dimana fungsi pengurusan Perusahaan akan tetap dijalankan oleh Direktur Perusahaan lainnya.
