PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk ("The Issuer") plans to make repayments of the principal of Moratelindo Shelf
Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase IV Year 2021 Series A in the amount of IDR 469,100,000,000 (four hundred sixty nine
billion one hundred million Rupiah), which will mature on May 4, 2024 ( Sukuk IV Series A ). As for the readiness of the
Issuer's funds related to the repayment of the Sukuk IV Series A will be available in KSEI's account no later than May 3,
2024. In terms of Sukuk IV Series A has been repaid, we will submit Information Disclosure as mandated in POJK No
31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Company.
