Pasal 8 ayat 3 POJK 33/2014 keputusan
atas pengunduran diri Bapak Herwin
Bustaman dari jabatannya sebagai Direktur
Unit Usaha Syariah Perseroan akan
dilaksanakan dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham (RUPS) yang dijadwalkan
akan dilaksanakan tanggal 3 April 2024.

33/POJK.04/2014 regarding Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners of
Issuers or Public Company (POJK 33/2014),
we would like to inform you that PT Bank
Permata Tbk ("the Company”) has received
resignation letter from Mr. Herwin Bustaman
as Sharia Bussines Unit Director of the
Company on 1 April 2024.
Furthermore, to comply with Article 8
paragraph (3) POJK 33/2014, the resignation
of Mr. Herwin Bustaman from his position as
Sharia Bussines Unit Director of the
Company will be resolved at the nearest
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS)
which is scheduled to be convened on 3 April
2024.
