-It is hereby annouced than on 1 April 2024 the Board of Directors of PT. Century Textile
Industry Tbk abbreviated PT. Centex Tbk, domiciled in East Jakarta and having its address at
Jl. Raya Bogor Km. 27, Kelurahan Ciracas, Kecamatan Ciracas, East Jakarta (the “Company”)
received resignation letters from Mr. Toshiyuki Takahashi and Mr. Masamitsu Kamada
from their respective position as the President Director and a Director of the Company.
Thus, this disclosure of information is announced for the purpose of compliance with Article 9
of the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the
Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of Issuers of Public Companies.
