Per 31 Maret 2026, Total Liabilitas meningkat sebesar 20Y4 menjadi Rp2.517.048.074.475 dari Rp2.093.533.282.568 per 31 Desember 2025. Kenaikan Total Liabilitas disebabkan oleh kenaikan Liabilitas Kontrak Asuransi sebesar 26K menjadi Rp2.288.174.166.013 per 31 Maret 2026 dari Rp1.820.855.422.550 per 31 Desember 2025. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52—53, Jakarta 12190 Mr. Adi Pratomo Aryanto Head of Company Valuation Division 2 Attention Regarding Explanation of Changes Exceeding 2075 in The Total Liabilities of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk (“the Company”) Dear Sir, Referring to the Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-£E regarding the Obligation of Information Disclosure, particulary — provision No. NA4A.4 (Attachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors of Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 — dated September 30, 2022), we hereby provide an explanation of the change exceeding 2044 in the total assets and liabilities of the Company. As of March 31, 2025, Total Liabilities increased by 204 to Rp2,517,048,074,475 from to Rp2,093,533,282,568 as of December 31, 2025. The increase in Total Liabilities was driven by a 264 rise in Insurance Contract Liabilities to Rp2, 288, 174,166,013 as of March 31, 2026, from Rp1,820,855,422,550 as of December 31, 2025.
