3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Pada tanggal 27 Maret 2024, anak-anak perusahaan Perseroan
Material yang secara langsung dimiliki 99% oleh Perseroan yaitu PT Arkora
Hidro Pasifik (AHP) dan PT Arjuna Hidro (AH), telah mendirikan
Perusahaan baru yang bernama PT Arkora Ekon Indonesia (PT
AEI).

Nomor 59 tanggal 27 Maret 2024, yang dibuat dihadapan
Darmawan Tjoa, S.H., S.E., Notaris di Jakarta Pusat dan telah
mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik melalui Surat Keputusan
No. AHU-0023719.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024 tanggal 27 Maret 2024.
Dengan susuna pemegang saham sebagai berikut:

Pendirian PT AEI, melalui AHP dan AH yang menjadi pemegang
saham, menjadikan Perseroan secara tidak langsung memiliki
kepemilikan saham kepada PT AEI sebesar 99,00%.
On March 27, 2024, The Companys subsidiaries which are 99%
directly owned by the Company, namely PT Arkora Hidro Pasifik
(AHP) and PT Arjuna Hidro (AH), have established a company
namely PT Arkora Ekon Indonesia (PT AEI).
The establishment of PT AEI had been stated in the Deed of
Establishment Number 59 dated March 27, 2024, made before
Darmawan Tjoa, S.H., S.E., Notary in Central Jakarta and has
been approved as a legal entity by the Minister of Law and
Human Rights of the Republic through Decree No. AHU-
0023719.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024 dated March 27, 2024.
With the following shareholder structure:
