Explanation in relation to the Change of more than 2076 in Total Assets on the
Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2023 of PT Trimegah
Bangun Persada Tbk (the “Company”)

Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan 1II.1.1.4.
Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, Lampiran
Keputusan Direksi BEI Nomor Kep-00066/BEI/09-
2022 tanggal 30 September 2022, bersama ini
kami sampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih
dari 204 pada pos total aset pada Laporan
Keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun yang berakhir
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 Perseroan.

Total aset Perseroan pada 31 Desember 2023
meningkat sebesar 30,9Yc dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya. Hal ini sebagian besar disebabkan
oleh kenaikan kas dan bank atas diperolehnya
dana dari hasil Penawaran Umum Perdana
Saham Perseroan yang dilaksanakan pada
tanggal “2 April 2023, kenaikan piutang usaha dan
persediaan dari entitas anak Perseroan, PT
Halmahera Jaya Feronikel.

Perseroan berpendapat bahwa peningkatan-
peningkatan tersebut dapat memberikan dampak
positif bagi pertumbuhan kinerja keuangan dan
operasicnal Perseroan pada tahun berjalan.

With respect,

With regard to fulfill the provision 1111.1.4. of
the Change of Regulation I-E concerning
Obligation of Submission Information, Decree of
Director of IDX Number Kep-00066/BEI//09-2022
dated 30 September 2022, hereby we convey
the explanation in relation to the change of more
than 2096 in total assets on the Companys
Financial Statements for the year ended
31 December 2023.

The Company's total assets as of 31 December
2023 increased by 30.946 compared to prior year.
Itwas mainly due to an increase in cash on hand
and in banks regarding proceeds from the
Company's Initial Public Offering which was
conducted on 12 April 2023, an increase in trade
receivables and inventories from the Company's
subsidiary, PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel.

The Company believes that the increases may
provide positive impacts on the growth of the
Company's financial and operational
performances in the current year.
