00066/BEI/09-2022 Perihal Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami
untuk dan atas nama PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta
Material sebagai berikut:

Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, and Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
(“IDX”) No. Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 Concerning Amendment to Regulation No. I-E regarding Obligation to Submit
Information, we hereby for and on behalf of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (the “Company”) submit Information
Report or Material Facts as follows:

Material @ PT Autopedia Sukses Gadai (“ASG”)
Suatu perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum
negara Indonesia, berkedudukan di Kota Administrasi Jakarta
Selatan, merupakan entitas anak dari Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan 99,99Yo.
@ PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (“Perseroan”)
Pemegang saham mayoritas dan pengendali dari ASG.
B. Uraian atas Transaksi Material:
Dalam rangka mendukung kelancaran usaha gadai yang dijalankan
oleh ASG, Perseroan melakukan pemberian jaminan deposito
sebesar Rp 20.000.000.000,- (dua puluh miliar Rupiah) kepada PT
Bank Maybank Internasional, Tbk (“Bank”) untuk fasilitas kredit
yang diterima oleh ASG.

A limited liability company established under the laws of
Indonesia, domiciled in South Jakarta, is a subsidiary of the
Company with 99.9946 ownership.
e PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk ("Company")
The majority and controlling shareholder of ASG.
B. Description of Material Transactions:
In order to support the smooth running of the pawn business run by
ASG, the Company provides a deposit guarantee af IDR
20,000,000,000.00 (twenty billion Indonesian Rupiah) to PT Bank

Pemberian jaminan deposito ini tidak berdampak material yang
merugikan terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, atau
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas kejadian di atas.
The provision of this deposit guarantee does not have a material adverse
effect on the Company's operations, financial condition or business
continuity of the above events.

Perseroan tidak wajib melakukan prosedur Transaksi Afiliasi
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 3 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi
Benturan Kepentingan (“POJK 42”) serta tidak wajib memenuhi
ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat 1 POJK 42 karena
transaksi tersebut termasuk kategori Transaksi Afiliasi yang
dikecualikan oleh Pasal 6 ayat 1 huruf (e) POJK 42.
Perseroan tidak wajib melakukan prosedur Transaksi Material
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 6 ayat 1 huruf (a) dan huruf (d)
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang
Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha (“POJK 17”) karena
termasuk dalam kategori Transaksi Material yang dikecualikan oleh
Pasal 11 ayat 1 huruf (c) POJK 17.
The Company is not reguired to carry out Affiliated Transaction
procedures as referred to in Article 3 of the Financial Services Authority
Regulation (Peraturan Otoritas Jasa — Keuangan) Number
42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of
Interest Transactions ("POJK 42") and is not reguired to fulfill the
provisions referred to in Article 4 paragraph 1 POJK 42 because the
transaction is included in the category of Affiliated Transactions
exempted by Article 6 paragraph 1 letter (e) POJK 42.
The Company is not reguired to carry out Material Transaction
procedures as referred to in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter (a) and letter
(d) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan) Number 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material
Transactions and Changes in Business Activities ("POJK 17") because
it is included in the category of Material Transactions excluded by
Article 11 paragraph I letter (c) POJK 17.
