Amendments to Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increase for
Public Companies by Granting Pre-emptive Rights and the
Circular Letter of Indonesia Stock Exchange Number SE-
00002/BEI/03-2020 dated March 2, 2020, concerning
Procedures for Implementing the Share Ownership Program,
we hereby provide disclosure of information regarding the
implementation of the Company's Share Ownership Program
as follows:
