mengingat kompleksitas teknologi WtE sering
menjadi penghambat kelancaran proyek serupa

Perseroan melalui IEH dan bersama mitra yang memiliki akses
terhadap teknologi dan keahlian pengelolaan sampah menjadi
energi yang telah teruji, menawarkan solusi teknologi yang andal,
efisien, dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam jangka waktu yang
kompetitif.

Dear Sir/Madam,

In connection with the Indonesia Stock Exchange Letter dated April 29, 2026 Number S-04707/IDX. PP1/04-2026
regarding the Reguest for Explanation of News in the Mass Media (Katadata.co.id, April 28, 2026) regarding the
involvement of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (“the Company" or "BIPI") in the tender for Danantara's
Waste to Energy ("WtE") project in Yogyakarta. Where the Indonesia Stock Exchange Letter is received by the
Company on April 30, 2026. For this, we can convey the following:

Clarification regarding the accuracy of the news

The Company conveys that the news published on Katadata.co.id
dated 28 April 2026 generally reflects the Company's strategic
direction, which is currently in the process of transitioning from a
coal-based business toward the sustainable energy sector.

What is the current status of the tender process
in which the Company is participating, and when
is the expected timeline for the official
announcement of the results?

The Company, through PT Indoplas Energi Hijau ("IEH"), has
participated in the WtE Danantara project tender to work on the
construction of the Cipeucang PLTSa project or Waste to Electric
Energy (PSEL) facility, in South Tangerang, Banten.

Explain BIPI's position in this tender, whether as
a consortium leader (lead firm) or member, and
who are the strategic partners involved in the
WEE project?

The Company's participation will be through IEH.

The Company will provide further information disclosure if there
are material developments.

As the Company advances its transition to clean
energy, please clarify the extent to which
existing cash flow can support the Yogyakarta
WtE project, and whether the Company is
considering any capital-raising initiatives to fund
such development.

The Company, through IEH, will assess various financing options,
including but not limited to the utilization of internal cash,
financing from financial institutions, as well as the possibility of
other corporate actions.

Following the recent entry of the Bakrie Group
(through Bakrie Capital) as a shareholder, could
the Company clarify whether the WtE project
entails any operational synergies with other
entities within the Bakrie Group?

In relation to the entry of Bakrie Capital Indonesia as one of the
Company's shareholders with an ownership of 64 (or
approximately 3.82 billion shares), the Company confirms that
Bakrie Capital Indonesia's role is solely as a shareholder,

representing a financial investment without operational
involvement.

Furthermore, there is no operational synergy with the Bakrie
Group's business lines. Any form of material cooperation will be
disclosed to the public in accordance with the applicable
information disclosure obligations.

What are the technological advantages offered
by BIPI in this tender compared to other
competitors, considering that the complexity of
Waste-to-Energy (WtE) technology often poses
challenges to the successful implementation of
similar projects in other regions?

The Company through IEH and with partners who have access to
technology and expertise in energy waste management that has
been tested, offers reliable, efficient, and implementable
technology solutions in a competitive timeframe.

Other important information/events that are
material and can affect the Company's business
continuity and also the company's share price.

In addition to the matters disclosed above, as of the date of this
letter, there is no other material information or event that has not
been disclosed which may affect the Company's business
continuity or the price of the Company's shares.
