Uraian Singkat Djasa Ubersakti
▪ PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk (“PTDU” atau “Perseroan”) merupakan kontraktor swasta nasional di Indonesia. Djasa
Ubersakti sendiri merupakan kepanjangan dari Djasa Usaha Bersama Trisakti. Dahulu PT Djasa Ubersakti VISI
bernaung dibawah Yayasan Trisakti. Kegiatan usaha konstruksi telah dimulai sejak tahun 1971 dengan Menjadi yang terbaik dalam engineering,
melaksanakan pengerjaan di sektor minyak dan gas yang menjadikan PTDU salah satu kontraktor swasta konstruksi, dan manajemen proyek dengan
pertama yang terlibat di jasa konstruksi minyak dan gas. mencapai hasil yang luar biasa bagi pelanggan
▪ Dalam 52 tahun sejak pendirian, PTDU telah menjadi mitra bagi beragam pengguna jasa konstruksi dan telah kami dan membangun karir yang memuaskan
bagi karyawan kami
dipercaya telah mengerjakan 158 proyek yang berada di berbagai lokasi di Indonesia. Portofolio proyek PTDU
sejak saat itu telah bertambah luas meliputi antara lain apartemen, rusun, hotel, pusat perbelanjaan, pabrik,
sekolah, dan tempat ibadah.
▪ Saat ini PTDU fokus menawarkan jasa konstruksi bangunan bertingkat mulai dari pekerjaan persiapan, struktur, MISI
arsitektur sampai dengan mekanikal elektrikal dan pemipaan (plumbing) (MEP). PTDU sebagai perusahaan jasa Mempersiapkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang
konstruksi mempunyai kualifikasi B (Besar) dalam bidang Bangunan Struktur dan Arsitektur Gedung Bertingkat, Profesional
kualifikasi M (Menengah) dalam bidang Mekanikal dan Elektrikal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga
Meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan di Bidang
Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK), serta menjadi anggota Asosiasi Gabungan Rekanan Konstruksi Indoensia Jasa Konstruksi
(GARANSI).

▪ PTDU saat ini telah memperoleh sertifikasi sebagai berikut: pada ketepatan waktu, biaya dan kualitas
− ISO 9001:2015 untuk menstandarisasi proses kerja, berlaku hingga tanggal 16 Mei 2025 Mengatur Struktur permodalan yang efektif
− ISO 45001:2018 untuk Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, berlaku hingga tanggal 31 Jan 2024
Memberikan Nilai Terbaik Kepada Stakeholder
− ISO 14001:2015 untuk Sistem Manajemen Mutu dan Lingkungan, berlaku hingga tanggal 30 Mei 2025 Kami
− ISO 37001: 2016 untuk Sistem Manjemen Anti Penyuapan yang berlaku hingga 17 Feb 2026
− Sertifikat SMK3 DEPNAKER: untuk Sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berlaku hingga 22 April 2024

− 1971 – 1990 : Mengerjakan Proyek Minyak, Gas dan Industri

− 2009 – 2019 : Mengerjakan Proyek Gedung

▪ Kegiatan usaha PTDU di bidang konstruksi saat ini telah dikembangkan dengan konsep “Project Solution” dimana PTDU
merupakan kontraktor bangunan bertingkat terintegrasi, dengan layanan yang meliputi jasa design & build, perencanaan,
perancangan, konstruksi, dengan segmen pasar yang lebih luas, yang meliputi pasar swasta untuk seluruh tipe bangunan dan
fasilitas di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
▪ PTDU percaya bahwa PTDU mampu memberikan solusi konstruksi yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan sesuai kebutuhannya.

Beban Langsung
Untuk Beban Langsung dan Beban Pokok Penjualan Perseroan tercatat penurunan sebesar 46,80% dari Rp 171,58 miliar di tahun 2022 menjadi Rp
91,28 miliar di tahun 2023. Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh berkurangnya perolehan pendapatan Perseroan.
Laba Bruto
Laba Kotor membukukan keuntungan menjadi Rp 27,31 miliar dari sebelumnya mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp 16,72 miliar. Perbaikan
Beban Usaha dan Pendapatan Lainya
Beban Usaha mengalami peningkatan sebesar 25,17% dari Rp 48,81 miliar di tahun 2022, menjadi Rp 61,09miliar di tahun 2023. Hal ini terdapat
kenaikan Tagihan Bruto dari Pemberi Kerja dan denda keterlambatan.
Laba Bersih Tahun Berjalan
Pada tahun 2023, Laba Bersih Tahun Berjalan tercatat mengalami rugi sebesar Rp 33,78 miliar akibat dari peningkatan beban lain-lain.

Untuk Aset Lancar pada tahun 2023, tercatat penurunan sebesar 36,48% menjadi Rp 112,39 miliar dari Rp 176,96 miliar di tahun 2022.
Penurunan tersebut disebabkan oleh penurunan kas & bank dan penurunan tagihan bruto dari pemberi kerja. Aset Tidak Lancar mengalami
penurunan sebesar 2,43% dari Rp 100,18 miliar menjadi Rp 97,75 miliar di 2023.
Liabilitas
Pada tahun 2023, Liabilitas Jangka Pendek tercatat mengalami penurunan sebesar 22,58% dari Rp 174,60 miliar menjadi Rp 135,17 miliar.
Hal ini sebabkan penurunan utang usaha dan pelunasan utang bank. Liabilitas Jangka Panjang mencatatkan peningkatan sebesar 18,33% dari
Rp 33,43 miliar menjadi Rp 39,55 miliar di tahun 2023 karena adanya peningkatan utang bank. Total Liabilitas tercatat penurunan 16,01%
dari Rp 208,03 miliar di tahun 2022 menjadi Rp 174,73 miliar di tahun 2023.
Ekuitas
Untuk Ekuitas Perseroan, tercatat mengalami penurunan sebesar 48,76% menjadi Rp 35,41 miliar di tahun 2023, dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya sebesar Rp 69,11 miliar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rugi berjalan tahun 2023.
