                       RAAM Closes 2023 with Triple Digit Profit Growth

Jakarta, 30 March 2024 – PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) successfully closed 2023 with
revenues of IDR 399.27 billion, 24.05% greater than the previous year. In terms of net profit, the
Company also posted solid triple-digit growth, namely 17.97% from IDR 87.30 billion in 2022 to
IDR 102.98 billion in 2023.

The Company's performance has exceeded targets. This growth was contributed by the movie "Di
Ambang Kematian" as one of the biggest contributors with the most viewers in 2023 with more
than three million viewers in 2023 which was released in 4Q23. This triggered significant revenue
growth in the film segment, amounting to 133.12% QoQ from IDR 50 billion to IDR 138.03 billion.
RAAM is an integrated production house company not only for movies and cinemas. The
Company also has a large hourly library for the soap opera segment. This segment is also one of
the Company's largest revenue contributors of IDR 171.52 billion, growing 13.19% YoY.

2024 started very positively with the film "Kereta Berdarah" which has reached 1 million viewers.
This year's plan is for the Company to produce approximately 12-15 films and several new web
series titles in their pipeline. Apart from that, the Company continues to expand by adding to the
Platinum Cineplex cinema network, which currently has 13 branches spread across various cities
in Indonesia. This means that RAAM is expected to achieve double-digit growth by the end of
2024.

Technological developments have brought major transformation to the movie industry, both in
terms of production, distribution, and the way audiences enjoy movies, one of which is on the
OTT (over the top) platform. RAAM saw this opportunity by collaborating with several large
platforms such as Netflix, Disney, and Viu and even created its own OTT platform DMS+ which is
predicted to be the first horror Cinematic Universe in Indonesia. In the future, with digital
platforms the potential for local Indonesian movies to be enjoyed by international audiences will
be wide open.
