PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk Records Double-Digit Growth in Q1 2026,
Focuses on Productivity and Expansion
Jakarta, April 30, 2026 – PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (AHI) (ACES) (the “Company”),
which manages a portfolio of leading multi-brand retailers including AZKO, ATARU, Pendopo, NEKA,
and its subsidiary brand Toys Kingdom, began 2026 with improved performance. This achievement
was supported by recovering consumer purchasing power and the Company’s consistent execution
of disciplined operational strategies.
In the first quarter of 2026, the Company recorded net sales growth of 10.1% to IDR 2.35
trillion, while profit for the period increased by 18.3% to IDR 163.59 billion compared to the same
period last year. This performance was further supported by a stronger Ramadan and Eid season
compared to the previous year, as reflected in improved transaction quality. The Company posted a
Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of 4.3%, primarily driven by contributions from Jakarta and Java
outside Jakarta. Meanwhile, performance in regions outside Java, which continue to expand,
recorded solid sales growth driven by regional expansion initiatives.
The optimization of shopping experience and retail attractiveness during the Ramadan and Eid
period was also reflected in AZKO being awarded Best Winner in the Jakarta Festive Wonders 2026
program organized by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. The award was presented directly
by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, to the Director of PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk,
Gregory S. Widjaja, on April 11, 2026.
In terms of expansion, the Company added four new stores during the first quarter of 2026,
consisting of two AZKO stores and two NEKA stores. As of the end of March 2026, the Company
operated a total of 267 AZKO stores and 12 NEKA stores across various regions in Indonesia. This
expansion is part of a focused strategy to broaden reach and strengthen presence in high-potential
cities. The Company targets to open a total of 65 to 80 new stores in 2026, comprising 25-30 AZKO
stores and 40-50 NEKA stores, as part of its effort to expand service coverage across Indonesia.
Director of PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk, Gregory S. Widjaja, stated, “Our first-quarter
performance reflects our consistency in executing strategic initiatives across product strengthening,
operational management, and store network expansion. We are seeing improvements in customer
interest and purchasing activity, which are key indicators in sustaining growth. Going forward, we
will continue to develop the AZKO and NEKA store network in a measured manner, alongside efforts
to enhance store productivity and operational efficiency. Our focus is to ensure that every initiative
delivers long-term value for both customers and the Company’s performance.”
