22.000.000 (twenty-two million United States Dollars) from
JiangXi New Jiangzhou Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.,
China, as the seller.
Impact of event, material information or Transaction of purchase vessel carried out by the Company is
facts towards Issuers or Public a strategy carried out by the Company to provide added value
Company’s operational activities, legal, and increase the Company income. After purchasing the PSV
financial condition, or going concern vessel, the Company will have 1 SPB vessels, 1 Platform
Supply Vessel (PSV) and 5 Offshore Support Vessels (OSV)
which will be a source of income for the Company.
