Letter No 013/SMART-IR/III/2024 regarding submission of
Annual Public Expose Material to fulfill the Indonesia Stock
Exchange Regulation I-E No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
regarding Obligation on Information Submission (Regulation
IE) and to fulfill the Annual Public Expose obligation of PT
SMART Tbk. As such, based on the Provision III.3.6 of the
Regulation I-E, the Company has fulfilled its Annual Public
