PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR ESSADRCJ4A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (“ESSA”) pada tanggal 22
Maret 2024 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur ESSADRCJ4A sebagaimana disebutkan
dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur ESSADRCJ4A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai
karena jumlah penyesuaian kurang dari 2 % (dua persen) dari Harga Pelaksanaan dan/atau Rasio
Pelaksanaan yang diubah.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ESSADRCJ4A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (“ESSA”) dated 22th March
2024, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant ESSADRCJ4A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant ESSADRCJ4A pursuant to the Cash Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than
2% (two percent) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of ESSADRCJ4A.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
