 Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang infrastruktur digital dan teknologi Perseroan mengintegrasikan
 pengelolaan isu perubahan iklim ke dalam strategi bisnis jangla panjang. Perseroan secara aktif
 mengembangkan berbagai solusi berbasis teknologi yang mendukung efisiensi energi pengurangan emisi
 karbon, serta percepatan adopsi teknologi rendah emisi di masyarakat. Pendekatan ini juga sejalan dengan
 komitmen Pemerintah Indonesia untuk mencapai target Net Zero Emission pada tahun 2060.

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.

Penjelasan:


Emisi menjadi salah satu sumber utama terbentuknya perubahan iklim dan pemanasan global, karena emisi
karbon yang dihasilkan mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Perseroan menyadari dampak tersebut dan
berupaya untuk mengendalikan emisi yang terdapat di lingkungan perkantoran melalui inisiatif berikut:

1. Menghemat penggunaan energi listrik, Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dan gas
2. Melakukan perawatan kendaraan operasional secara berkala
3. Melakukan efisiensi dalam penggunaan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM)
4. Merawat mesin pengatur udara (AC) dengan menggunakan bahan yang ramah lingkungan
5. Mengikuti kegiatan penghijauan yang diadakan secara internal maupun bekerja sama dengan pihak eksternal
6. Mengintensifkan penggunaan kendaraan listrik yang lebih ramah lingkungan, seperti kendaraan listrik untuk
aktivitas operasional dan motor listrik untuk kurir Perseroan
7. Mengadakan program kepemilikan kendaraan listrik (Motor listrik) bagi karyawan
8. Mengembangkan inisiatif energi bersih berbasis sewa motor listrik sehingga berkontribusi pada carbon saving

  Dalam upaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, adil dan mendukung bagi seluruh karyawan,
  Perseroan menetapkan kebijakan berikut terkait tindakan yang melanggar norma kesusilaan dan pelecehan
  seksual:

  1. Larangan Perilaku Tidak Pantas
  Perseroan melarang keras segala bentuk tindakan yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai pelecehan seksual,
  perbuatan yang tidak senonoh atau tindakan lain yang melanggar norma norma kesusilaan di tempat kerja.
  Termasuk dalam hal ini adalah perbuatan yang dapat diduga sebagai perselingkuhan, baik antar karyawan
  maupun dengan pihak lain yang memiliki hubungan kerja dengan Perseroan

  2. Lingkungan Kerja yang Aman dan Bebas dari Pelecehan
  Perseroan berkomitmen untuk menjaga agar lingkungan kerja tetap profesional, bebas dari tindakan
  pelecehan dan tekanan yang bersifat seksual atau tidak etis, baik secara verbal, fisik, maupun dalam bentuk
  komunikasi digital

  3. Perlindungan bagi Karyawan Wanita Perseroan secara khusus memberikan perlindungan bagi karyawan
  wanita yang berisiko berada dalam posisi rentan terhadap tindakan tidak pantas atau tidak etis, baik dari

atasan, rekan kerja maupun pihak eksternal

4. Pelaporan dan Tindak Lanjut
Setiap karyawan yang mengalami atau menyaksikan tindakan pelecehan atau pelanggaran norma dapat
melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepada pihak HRD atau unit pengaduan yang ditunjuk. Perseroan menjamin
kerahasiaan pelapor serta perlindungan dari tindakan balasan (Retaliation)

5. Sanksi dan Tindakan Tegas
Setiap pelanggaran terhadap kebijakan ini akan dikenakan sanksi disipliner, termasuk namun tidak terbatas
pada peringatan tertulis, penurunan jabatan hingga pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), sesuai dengan
tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan

Perseroan belum memiliki kebijakan khusus terkait Hak Asasi Manusia di tempat kerja, namun pengelolaan
karyawan di Perseroan telah mengikuti Undang - Undang HAM yang berlaku di mana seluruh karyawan
Perseroan mendapatkan perlakuan yang setara sesuai dengan hak asasi manusia.

Sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di bidang ketenagakerjaan, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk tidak
mempekerjakan pegawai dibawah umur dan mencegah tenaga kerja paksa. Hal tersebut merupakan
komitmen Perseroan dalam melakukan perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) dan mematuhi semua
undang - undang dan peraturan terkait ketenagakerjaan dan HAM.

Dalam proses perekrutan karyawan, Perseroan senantiasa memerhatikan batas usia minimal karyawan
yang bekerja untuk memastikan tidak ada tenaga kerja anak di bawah umur dalam lingkungan Perseroan.
Selain itu, Perseroan juga mensyaratkan setiap karyawan untuk menandatangani sebuah perjanjian kerja
setelah memahami dan menyetujui syarat serta ketentuan pemberian kerja tersebut untuk memastikan
bahwa tidak terdapat tenaga kerja paksa.

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja
Perseroan menjunjung tinggi praktik dan prosedur kerja yang sesuai dengan standar kesehatan dan
keselamatan kerja yang berlaku. Untuk itu, Perseroan melaksanakan berbagai inisiatif yang diuraikan
sebagai berikut:

Kesehatan
Untuk menjaga produktivitas kerja karyawan, Perseroan menerapkan berbagai inisiatif terkait kesehatan di
lingkungan kantor, yaitu:

1. Memberikan fasilitas BPJS Kesehatan dan Asuransi Swasta (Bagi karyawan tetap)
2. Menyediakan fasilitas cuci tangan dan hand sanitizer serta menghimbau pihak yang sedang dalam
kondisi tidak sehat di lingkungan kerja menggunakan masker
3. Membersihkan seluruh lingkungan kerja Perseroan ataupun Entitas Anak secara berkala

Keselamatan Kerja
Keselamatan kerja menjadi bagian prioritas utama yang diperhatikan oleh Perseroan, demi kenyamanan
dan keberlangsungan aktivitas bisnis yang dijalankan. Beberapa inisiatif yang dilaksanakan oleh Perseroan,
yaitu:

1. Memastikan ruangan kerja, kapasitas pekerja, termasuk sirkulasi udara memadai
2. Meletakkan alat pemadam api ringan (APAR) pada setiap tempat
3. Menyediakan tombol darurat (Fire alarm)
4. Membentuk jalur evakuasi dan area berkumpul
5. Menjaga dan merawat instalasi listrik, instalasi penyalur petir, instalasi alarm kebakaran dan lainnya
6. Menyediakan kotak P3K yang dilengkapi perlengkapan penanganan kecelakaan

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

 Sebagai wujud komitmen dalam memberikan nilai sosial bagi masyarakat, PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk
 (MCASH) melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan tema Sambungkan Senyuman
 berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Program Kurban Idul Adha 1446 H/2025 yang diselenggarakan bersama
 Telkomsel.

 Dalam program ini, MCASH memberikan donasi berupa satu ekor sapi limosin yang disalurkan kepada
 Panti Asuhan Ciririp, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan ini menjadi bentuk nyata sinergi dan
 kepedulian perusahaan terhadap sesama, khususnya dalam menyambut Hari Raya Idul Adha.

 Melalui kegiatan ini, MCASH berharap dapat terus menjaga semangat berbagi dan mempererat tali
 silaturahmi antar warga, sekaligus menghadirkan senyuman bagi masyarakat yang menerima manfaatnya.

G-03 Perusahaan memiliki kebijakan mengenai pemisahan Chairman of

The Board dan CEO?
 Perseroan menerapkan kebijakan pemisahan peran antara Chairman of the Board dan Chief Executive
 Officer (CEO) sebagai bagian dari penerapan prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate
 Governance). Dalam struktur organisasi Perseroan, fungsi pengawasan dijalankan oleh Dewan Komisaris,
 sedangkan fungsi pengelolaan operasional dilaksanakan oleh Direksi.

 Struktur ini menegaskan adanya pembagian yang jelas antara peran pengawasan dan eksekusi, guna
 menghindari konflik kepentingan serta memastikan adanya mekanisme check and balance dalam
 pengambilan keputusan strategis. Chairman of the Board dijabat oleh anggota Dewan Komisaris, yang
 bertanggung jawab dalam mengarahkan dan mengawasi kinerja Direksi, sementara posisi CEO dijabat oleh
 Direktur Utama yang memimpin pelaksanaan operasional perusahaan sehari - hari.

 Dengan memisahkan kedua peran tersebut, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk menjaga independensi
 pengawasan serta meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam seluruh aktivitas usaha.

G-04 Perusahaan memiliki kebijakan penilaian dewan direksi dan

 Penilaian kinerja Dewan Komisaris dilakukan berdasarkan pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab Dewan
 Komisaris sebagai pengawas, pemberi nasihat, saran dan rekomendasi terkait aktivitas bisnis yang
 dijalankan oleh Direksi. Selain itu, masing - masing anggota Dewan Komisaris dinilai berdasarkan kehadiran
 dalam rapat internal Dewan Komisaris ataupun rapat gabungan bersama Direksi. Penilaian ini dilakukan
 oleh para Pemegang Saham pada saat pelaksanaan RUPS. Penilaian kinerja tersebut dilakukan
 berdasarkan prosedur dan kriteria sebagai berikut:

 1.Prosedur pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja:
 a. Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi menyusun sistem pengukuran dan penilaian kinerja (Evaluasi) Dewan
 Komisaris dan diusulkan kepada Dewan Komisaris untuk mendapat persetujuan RUPS
 b. Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi melakukan evaluasi kinerja melalui kriteria atau indikator yang telah
 ditetapkan
 c. Hasil evaluasi kinerja dari Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi kemudian dilaporkan ke Dewan Komisaris
 untuk direview sebelum dicantumkan dalam risalah rapat Dewan Komisaris
 d. Laporan kinerja Dewan Komisaris disampaikan dalam laporan pelaksanaan tugas pengawasan Dewan
 Komisaris
 e. Pemegang saham melalui RUPS melakukan penilaian atas kinerja Dewan Komisaris dan memutuskan,
 apakah anggota tersebut akan diperpanjang masa jabatannya atau tidak

 2.Kriteria penilaian:
 a. Pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan
 b. Kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan perundang - undangan yang berlaku
 c. Kehadiran dan keterlibatan dalam rapat

 3.Pihak yang melakukan penilaian
 Pihak yang melakukan penilaian atau assessment terhadap Dewan Komisaris adalah Komite yang ditunjuk
 oleh Dewan Komisaris yaitu Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi

 Selain persyaratan tersebut di atas, untuk menjadi Komisaris Independen wajib mengikuti persyaratan
 tambahan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

 Kriteria pengangkatan Direksi berpedoman pada Piagam Direksi, yaitu:

 1. Mempunyai akhlak, moral dan integritas yang baik
 2. Cakap melakukan perbuatan hukum
 3. Tidak pernah dinyatakan pailit
 4. Dalam 5 tahun sebelum pengangkatan dan menjabat tidak pernah menjadi anggota Direksi yang
 dinyatakan bersalah menyebabkan suatu Perusahaan dinyatakan pailit
 5. Tidak pernah dihukum karena melakukan tindakan pidana yang merugikan keuangan negara dan/atau
 berkaitan dengan sektor keuangan
 6. Memiliki komitmen untuk mematuhi peraturan perundang - undangan
 7. Memiliki pengetahuan dan keahlian di bidang yang dibutuhkan Perseroan dan pasar modal

 Untuk menghindari benturan kepentingan dari rangkap jabatan yang dimiliki serta sebagai independensi dan

Untuk menjaga benturan kepentingan dari rangkap jabatan yang dimiliki serta sebagai independensi dan
profesionalisme, setiap anggota Direksi harus memiliki etika sebagai berikut:

1. Setiap anggota Direksi setiap waktu harus menghindari berada dalam posisi di mana kepentingan
pribadinya dapat berbenturan dengan tugasnya dalam Perseroan
2. Setiap anggota Direksi wajib segera melaporkan kepada Direktur Utama dan anggota Direksi lainnya
setiap benturan kepentingan atau potensi benturan kepentingan dengan Perseroan dan wajib menyediakan

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year


Emissions are one of the primary sources of climate change global warming and resulting carbon emissions are
increasing yearly. The Company is aware of this impact and seeks to control emissions in the office environment
through the following initiatives:

1. Save the use of electricity, fuel and gas
2. Carry out operational vehicle maintenance regularly
3. Promote efficiency in the use of fuel
4. Maintain air conditioning machines (AC)using environmentally friendly materials
5. Participate in greening activities held internally or in collaboration with external parties
6. Intensify the use of electric vehicles that are more environmentally friendly, such as electric vehicles for
operational activities and electric motors for the Company's couriers
7. Implementing an electric vehicle (Electric motorcycle) ownership program for employees

 To avoid conflicts of interest arising from multiple positions and to uphold independence and
 professionalism, each member of the Board of Commissioners must adhere to the following ethical

 1. A Commissioner must avoid situations where their personal interests may conflict with their obligations to
 the Company
 2. A Commissioner who has a conflict of interest or a potential conflict of interest with the Company must
 immediately report it to the President Commissioner and other members of the Board of Commissioners,
 providing all relevant information in the report. The President Commissioner must also share relevant
 information regarding the conflict of interest with the Board of Directors
 3. Any transaction in which a commissioner has a conflict of interest must be approved by the Board of

Commissioners and comply with applicable regulations regarding affiliated parties and/or conflict of interest
transactions
4. A Commissioner with a conflict of interest must not be involved in the decision making process related to
that conflict

To prevent conflicts of interest arising from multiple positions and to uphold independence and

1. Each member of the Board of Directors must always avoid situations where their personal interests may
