All references to “the Company” or “the Issuer” or “RHB” in this Notice are to
PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “ourselves” are to PT RHB Sekuritas
Indonesia.

Except where the context otherwise requires or where otherwise defined herein, the following definitions shall apply
throughout this Notice pursuant thereof:

 MEDC                                  :   PT Medco Energi Internasiona Tbk (MEDC)

 MEDCDRCJ4A atau WT                    :   European-Style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of
                                           MEDC,    with   an    exercise    ratio   of  6    call   warrant:
                                           1 MEDC Share.

 Exchange                              :   Indonesia Stock Exchange.

 Settlement Price                      :   The average closing price of MEDC Shares (subject to any adjustment
                                           as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue,
                                           distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including
                                           the Market Day immediately preceding the Expiry Date.

 Market Day                            :   A day (other than Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) on which the
                                           Exchange is open for trading during the normal trading hours.

 IDR                                   :   Indonesian Rupiah.

 Conditions                            :   The terms and conditions applicable thereto as set out in the
                                           Prospectus and the Term Sheet as may be amended from time to time.

 KPEI                                  :   PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia, Party who conducts Clearing
                                           and Guaranteeing service of BEI transactions.

 KSEI                                  :   PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Party who conducts central
                                           custodian activities for Custodian Banks, Securities Company and
                                           other parties.

 Settlement Currency                   :   IDR

 Holder(s)                             :   The person(s) whose name(s) for the time being recorded by the KSEI
                                           as SW holder.

 Prospectus                            :   Prospectus dated 1 September relating to the offering of the Structured
                                           Warrants to be issued by the issuer, as amended from time to time.

 RHBSI                                 :   PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia.

 MEDC Share                            :   Ordinary shares in MEDC.

 Expiry Date                           :   The day the SW expire, which is 16th April 2024.

 Term Sheet                            :   Term Sheet MEDCDRCJ4A dated 11th December 2023.

 SW                                    :   MEDCDRCJ4A

Words importing the singular shall, where applicable, include the plural and vice versa and words denoting the
masculine gender shall, where applicable, include the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa. Reference to
persons shall include corporations, unless otherwise specified.

Any reference in this Notice to any enactment is a reference to that enactment as for the time being amended or
re-enacted.


This Notice should be read in conjunction with and by reference to the Prospectus.

NOTICE TO HOLDERS RELATING TO THE EXPIRY OF THE SW

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Conditions stipulated in the Prospectus and Term Sheet
governing the terms and conditions of the SW dated 11th December 2023, the SW will expire on the Expiry Date.

You should note that the SW are cash-settled call warrants which entitle you to the Cash Settlement Amount (as
defined in Section 3 below) if the Cash Settlement Amount is positive, in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the SW.

SW WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXERCISED ON THE EXPIRY DATE AS SET OUT IN SECTION 4 BELOW.
ACCORDINGLY, THE SW WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA SECURITIES WITH
EFFECT FROM THE DATE AND TIME AS SET OUT IN SECTION 1 BELOW.

Holders are therefore advised to carefully read the procedures as set out below:

1.    SUSPENSION OF TRADING, LAST DAY FOR TRADING, TRANSFER AND DELISTING

       Last date and time of trading of SW               :   Wednesday, 3rd April 2024 at 16.00 wib.

       Date and time of suspension of SW                 :   With effect from 09.00 wib on Thursday, 4th April
                                                             2024 up to the Expiry Date.

       Date and time the SW expire (“Expiry Date”)       :   Tuesday, 16th April 2024 at 09.00 wib.


       Date and time of delisting of SW                  :   Wednesday, 17th April 2024 at 09.00 wib.

1.    EXERCISE PRICE AND EXERCISE RATIO

2.    MODE OF SETTLEMENT

      Cash settlement only.

      The Issuer shall in the absence of a settlement disruption event, within three (3) Market Days from the Expiry
      Date or such other period as may be prescribed by the relevant authority, pay to the relevant Holder, the Cash
      Settlement Amount which shall be calculated as set out below:

      In the event that the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero on the Expiry Date, the SW shall
      terminate on the Expiry Date and cease to be valid and the Issuer’s obligations in respect of the SW shall
      terminate absolutely. The Holder shall not be required to pay or top-up in the event that the Cash Settlement
      Amount is less than zero.

3.   AUTOMATIC EXERCISE

     On Expiry Date, the SW shall be treated in the following manner:

     a. if the Cash Settlement Amount is positive, all SW shall be automatically exercised (without any exercise
        notice being delivered by the Holders and without notice of automatic exercise being given by the Issuer
        to the Holders); or

     b. if the Cash Settlement Amount is zero (0) or negative, all SW will expire immediately at 09.00 wib on the
        Expiry Date and thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose, and all obligations of the Issuer
        in respect of the SW shall terminate absolutely.

     In the event that there is no settlement disturbance event, on the 3rd (third) Market Day from the Execution
     Date or other period as determined by the Stock Exchange or other relevant authorities, KSEI will distribute
     the funds received from KPEI to the participants' accounts as holders Structured Warrants in accordance with
     the provisions in KSEI.
