Penjelasan atas Perubahan Lebih Dari 2096 Pada Pos Total Aset

dan/atau Total Liabilitas / Explanation of Changes of More Than 205 in
Total Asset and/or Total Liabilities

Sehubungan dengan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia (“BEI”) No.  Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
Peraturan I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, butir 1.1.1.4 yang mengatur kewajiban
dari Perusahaan tercatat untuk memberikan
penjelasan tertulis kepada BEI apabila terdapat
perubahan lebih dari 2046 (dua puluh persen) pada
pos total aset dan total liabilitas, sehubungan dengan
hal tersebut PT WIR ASIA Tbk (“Perseroan”)
menyampaikan adanya perubahan total aset sebesar
27.2896 dan total liabilitas sebesar 59.0696 untuk
laporan keuangan konsolidasian yang berakhir pada
31 Desember 2023.

Kenaikan pada pos total aset dan liabilitas disebabkan
oleh kenaikan utang dan piutang usaha pihak ketiga
seiring dengan pertumbuhan dan performa positif
Perseroan dengan kenaikan sebesar 47.044 dari
periode yang sama di tahun sebelumnya. Kenaikan
total aset juga disebabkan oleh penambahan dua
puluh satu pengembangan dan penelitian baru.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Concerning the Decision of the Board of Directors of
the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) No. Kep-
00066/BE1/09-2022 Regulation I-£ concerning the
Obligation to Submit Information, point /11.1.1.4 which
regulates the obligations of the listed Company to
provide a written explanation to the IDX if there is a
change of more than 2056 (twenty percent) in the post
Of total assets and total liabilities, regarding the
obligation, PT WIR ASIA Tbk (the "Company") convey
that there is a change in total assets of 27.28,4 and
total liabilities of 59.069 for the consolidated financial
statements ended December 31, 2023.

The increase in total assets and total liabilities was due
to an increase in trade payables and trade receivables
from third parties in line with the growth and positive
performance of the Company with an increase of
revenue 47.045 from the same period in the previous
year. The increase in total assets was also due to the
addition of twenty one new developments and
research.
