Supporting Community Empowerment and the UMKM Development,
            Elnusa Holds the Ramadan UMKM Festival
Jakarta, 28 March 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi which is part of the Pertamina Upstream
Subholding, held a Ramadan Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Festival which was held in the Udaya Room of the Graha Elnusa
Building, Jakarta (27-28/3). This festival was attended by 25 UMKM booths with various interesting products.

This activity is one of ELNUSA's supports for the development of UMKMs and increasing understanding of UMKM players through talk shows
in facing opportunities in the era of digitalization. It is hoped that this event can create a climate of entrepreneurship, development and
business opportunities for Elnusa officers.

The UMKM Festival which was held also presented Deputy IV for Coordination of the Digital Economy, Employment and Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Ir. Mohammad Rudy Salahuddin, MEM who
was present as a resource person at the Talk Show.

Also present at this event were Elnusa President Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, Elnusa Operations Director Endro Hartanto, Elnusa Finance
Director Stanley Iriawan, Elnusa Business Development Director Arief Prasetyo Handoyo, and Elnusa HR & General Director Hera Handayani.

Currently, Elnusa has 8 UMKMs and fostered companies located in ring 1 of Graha Elnusa and spread across several Elnusa operational areas.
Among them are various Cenayu Drink products produced in the Energy Berdikari Elnusa Sumengko Village. Apart from that, there are also
plastic waste recycling products including Laptop Cases, Pouches and Tote Bags which are produced with Friends of the Disabled Elnusa. Apart
from that, there are Broom Tepes household furniture produced in Mundu Maju Bersama Elnusa Village, as well as many more Elnusa-assisted
UMKMs such as the Flores Ikat Weaving Center, Pangeran Katana Maggot Cultivation, and others.

President Director of Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, in his speech said, "Elnusa as a corporation, part of a BUMN and also a public company,
has a responsibility to maintain the sustainability of its business by taking a role in Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL). "This agenda
is one of Elnusa's concrete steps towards community empowerment and support for the progress of UMKMs in Indonesia," said Bachtiar.

Bachtiar added, "in this era of digitalization, we are all facing disruption. We see big businesses collapse when they are unable to compete and
adapt to the dynamic environment in the digital era. "In this Elnusa UMKM Festival event, we want to help encourage Elnusa Group UMKM
Partners to be able to take advantage of the digital features available around us, to encourage business progress, to be more resilient and have
high competitiveness with foreign products," concluded Bachtiar.
