Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini
Direksi PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (“Perseroan”) mengumumkan
penggantian Corporate Secretary dari Fenty Rischana digantikan oleh Suyatno terhitung sejak

In accordance with Financial Service Authority’s Regulation (FSA) Number
35/POJK.04/2014 regarding Corporate Secretary and The Regulation Of Indonesia Stock
Exchange Number 1-E regarding The Obligation of Delivering Information, hereby the Board of
Directors of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (“the Company”) announced the
replacement of Corporate Secretary of Fenty Rischana replaced by Suyatno effective from
September 7th 2026.
