Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Auditted PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk untuk tahun buku 2023 sebelumnya telah kami coba
submit pada form XBRL kemarin, namun demikian hingga +/- pkl. 00.00 wib laporan tidak juga tersubmit dengan
notifikasi "Final Submit Sedang Dilakukan" hingga terakhir berubah notifikasi menjadi "Laporan Belum Valid". Dan pagi
ini kami coba submit kembali tetapi untuk notifikasi masih tertulis "On Progress Final Submit", sehingga perlu kami
sampaikan bahwa PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk telah mencoba submit laporan keuangan tahunan tahun buku 2023 sesuai
peraturan POJK Nomor 14/POJK.04/2022 tetapi karena sistem error sehingga laporan hingga sampai saat ini belum
diterima pihak OJK maupun IDX.

The Annual Audited Financial Report of PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk for the fiscal year 2023 we have previously tried
to submit on the XBRL form yesterday, however until +/- pkl. 00.00 wib the report is not also submitted with the
notification "Final Submit is Being Processed" until the last notification changes to "Invalid Report". And this
morning we tried to submit again but the notification still states "On Progress Final Submit", so we have to inform
you that PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk has tried to submit the annual financial report for the fiscal year 2023 according
to POJK Regulation Number 14/POJK.04/2022 but because of a system error, the report has not been received by
the OJK or IDX until now.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
