3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta 1. Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 17 ayat (2) jo. Pasal 22
Material / Peraturan OJK No. 54/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penawaran
Tender Sukarela dan dalam rangka memberikan
kesempatan kepada Pemegang Saham Publik yang belum
memutuskan untuk berpartisipasi dalam VTO, DEHK telah
melakukan perpanjangan masa VTO Periode III yang
dilaksanakan selama 30 (tiga puluh) hari, dimulai sejak
tanggal 24 Agustus sampai dengan 22 September 2026.
Perpanjangan masa VTO tersebut telah diumumkan
melalui surat kabar harian Harian Terbit dan Link Bisnis,
serta pada situs web Perseroan dan BEI pada tanggal 19
Agustus 2026 (“Perpanjangan Masa VTO Tahap III”) /
Description on the information Pursuant to Article 17 paragraph (2) in conjunction with
or Material Facts Article 22 of OJK Regulation No. 54/POJK.04/2015
concerning Voluntary Tender Offers, and to provide an
opportunity for Public Shareholders who have not yet
decided to participate in the VTO, DEHK has extended the
VTO Period III for 30 (thirty) days, from 24 August to 22
September 2026. The extension was announced through the
daily newspapers Harian Terbit and Link Bisnis, as well as
on the Company’s and IDX’s websites on 19 August 2026
(the “VTO Period III Extension”).
