ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSTPONEMENT OF
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT KRAKATAU STEEL (PERSERO) Tbk
Referring to the Invitation of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) of PT Krakatau
Steel (Persero) Tbk (“Company”) dated March 8, 2024, which has been submitted to the Financial Services
Authority and published on the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the website of the Company, and
the website of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, it is hereby announced to the Shareholders
(“Shareholders”) that:
The Meeting, which was originally scheduled to be held on Monday, April 1, 2024, is postponed until the
time to be determined later with due observance of prevailing regulations.
The implementation (including, among others, the Announcement and Invitation of the Meeting will be
carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and prevailing laws
and regulations.
