00002/BEI/03- 2020 tanggal 2 Maret 2020 perihal Tata Cara
Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama ini kami

pelaksanaan MESOP II Perseroan sebagai berikut:

Description of Material Information or Referring to Article 43A of OJK Regulation No.
Facts 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increase with Pre-
Emptive Rights (as amended by OJK Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019) and BEI Circular Letter Number SE-
00002/BEI/03-2020 dated March 2, 2020 regarding
Procedures for the Implementation of the Share Ownership
Program, we hereby submit the disclosure of information
concerning the implementation of the Companys MESOP II as
follows:
Exercise Period: 30 exchange days since April 1st, 2024 - May
27th, 2024.
Pre-determined Exercise Price: Rp189,- per share
Total Options Converted during this Exercise Period: The
maximum options that can be converted during this exercise
period is 4.019.592.620 shares. Any unconverted options at
the end of this exercise period can be exercised in subsequent
exercise periods.
