Jenis Informasi atau Fakta | Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Kedua Belas dari Material Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri B (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK No. 31/2015. Type of Material Information | Repayment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Bonds or Facts Continuation II Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2021 Series B (“Bonds”) is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) OJK Regulation No. 31/2015. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah Material melaksanakan pelunasan Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Obligasi Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 26 Maret 2024 tersebut terdiri dari: a. Pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp940.400.000.000,00 (sembilan ratus empat puluh miliar empat ratus juta Rupiah), dan b. Bunga Kedua Belas Obligasi sebesar Rp23.157.350.000,00 (dua puluh tiga miliar seratus lima puluh tujuh juta tiga ratus lima puluh ribu Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Obligasi Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp963.557.350.000,00 (sembilan ratus enam puluh tiga miliar lima ratus lima puluh tujuh juta tiga ratus lima puluh ribu Rupiah) serta telah dibayarkan pada tanggal 26 Maret 2024 kepada para pemegang Obligasi oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia sebagai Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan. 3. Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar bunga kedua belas Obligasi berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap V Tahun 2024 dan kas internal Perseroan. 4. Tujuan Transaksi Tujuan dilaksanakannya transaksi tersebut adalah agar Perseroan dapat melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga kedua belas dari Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo tersebut. Amount of Bonds: The total amount of Bonds that matured on 26 March 2024 consists of the following composition: a. Principal Amount of Bonds in the amount of IDR940,400,000,000.00 (nine hundred forty billion four hundred million Rupiah), and b. Total of Bonds' Repayment The total repayment of principal and twelfth interest of Bonds is in the amount of IDR963,557,350,000.00 (nine hundred sixty-three billion five hundred fifty-seven million three hundred fifty thousand Rupiah) and has been repaid to the bonds' holders on 26 March 2024 by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia as the appointed Paying Agent of the Company. 3. Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principaland twelfth interest of Bonds was derived from thefund received by the Company from the result of issuance of Bonds Continuation IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase V Year 2024 and Company internal cash. 4. The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is for the Company to repay the matured principal and twelfth interest of Bonds. 4 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Impact of such material information or facts on the Company's operational, law, financial — condition or Dengan dilakukan pelunasan atas pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi tersebut maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan atas Obligasi tersebut telah berakhir. Selanjutnya, tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. By repaying the Bonds' principal and twelfth interest, the Company's obligation related to the Bonds has concluded. Furthermore, it does not have any other material impacts on the repayment of the principal and twelfth interest of Bonds to the business continuity Company's operational, law, financial condition, or business continuity. 5.
