Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan telah berakhirnya pelaksanaan konversi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan waran seri I Perseroan pada tanggal 21 Maret 2024, berikut ini
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Kami sampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan konversi waran
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau seri I Perseroan dengan periode pelaksanaan sejak tanggal 21
Perusahaan Publik September 2022 - 21 Maret 2024 dengan harga pelaksanaan
Rp492 (nominal Rp25) per warran sebagai berikut:
a. Jumlah waran yang diterbitkan 161.667.000
b. Jumlah pelaksanaan waran 582.404
c. Jumlah waran yang tidak dilaksanakan 161.084.596
Sehingga sisa dari waran seri I yang tidak ditaksanakan
sampai dengan tanggal 21 Maret 2024 menjadi tidak bertaku
lagi.

Impact of event, material information or In connection with the end of the conversion of the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public Warrant Series I on March 21 2024, below we submit a report
Company’s operational activities, legal, on the results of the conversion of the Company's Warrant
financial condition, or going concern Series I with the exercise period from September 21 2022 -
March 21 2024 with an exercise price of IDR 492 (nominal IDR
25) per warrant as follows:
a. The number of warrants issued was 161,667,000
b. The number of warrants exercised was 582,404
c. The number of unexercised warrants was 161,084,596
So that the remainder of the Warrant Series I which are not
exercised until March 21 2024 will no longer be valid.
