31/POJK.04/2015, tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atas
Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik
("POJK No. 31/2015”), (li) Keputusan Direksi
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/0912022
tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (“Peraturan I-E”),
dan (iii) Anggaran Dasar Perseroan (“Anggaran
Dasar”).

Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa, Bapak H. Syamsir
Siregar yang menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama
Perseroan meninggal dunia pada hari ini Selasa, 25
Agustus 2026.

Saat ini jumlah anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan
masih memenuhi peraturan perundang-undangan dan
ketentuan yang berlaku serta anggaran dasar
Perseroan, oleh karenanya perubahan susunan Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan akan dilakukan pada Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan terdekat yang
waktunya akan kami sampaikan lebih lanjut.

Re: Disclosure of Information of PT Japfa
Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (the "Company").

With Reference to: (i) the Financial Service Authority
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure on
the Material Fact by Issuers or Public Company
((FSA Regulation 31/2015”): (ii) and the Decree of
the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
No. Kep-00066/BEI/0912022 regarding the Amend-
ment to Regulation No I-E conceming Obligation to
Submit Information (“Regulation I-£”): and (iii) Article
of Association of the Company (“A04”).

The Company hereby informs that Mr. H, Syamsir
Siregar, who served as President Commissioner of
the Company, has passed away on today, Tuesday,
25 August 2026.

Currently, number of members of the Company's
Board of Commissioner is still in accordance with the
prevailing laws and regulations and the Company's
Articles of Association, therefore, changes to the
composition of the  Company's Board of
Commissioner will be made at the nearest General
Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which shall
further be informed by the Company.
