Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan ketentuan pada Tranche A & Tranche B
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan oleh Majelis
Hakim pada Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dengan register perkara No. 497/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst tertanggal 28 Juni 2022 yang
telah berkekuatan hukum tetap dan berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal 20 September 2022 sesuai Putusan Mahkamah Agung
Republik Indonesia No. 1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022
(Perjanjian Perdamaian), WSBP telah melakukan pembayaran
CFADS Tahap III sebesar Rp76.431.533.605,- pada tanggal
25 Maret 2024 dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
- Sebesar Rp3.266.064.567,- yang merupakan pembayaran
kupon Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast I dan II Tahun 2022;
- Sebesar Rp36.623.498.312,- yang merupakan pembayaran
bunga kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan);
Sebesar total Rp36.541.970.726,- yang merupakan
pembayaran CFADS Tahap III kepada Kreditur Dagang
(Kreditur Dagang Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang Terdahulu).
Dalam pembayaran CFADS Tahap III juga dilakukan
pembayaran dan alokasi atas dana hasil lelang aset
Perseroan (asset disposal) yang telah dijalankan pada tanggal
14 Maret lalu. Adapun dana yang dialokasikan sebesar
Rp8.306.258.141,- dengan detail sebagai berikut:
- Sebesar Rp6.425.224.030,- merupakan porsi pembayaran
pokok kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan) telah dibayarkan
pada 25 Maret 2024;
- Sebesar Rp1.091.579.790,- merupakan porsi pembayaran
kepada Kreditur Dagang (Kreditur Dagang Aktif dan Kreditur
Dagang Terdahulu) telah dibayarkan pada 25 Maret 2024;
- Sebesar Rp579.364.789,- merupakan porsi pembayaran
pokok Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast I dan II Tahun 2022
(Belum dilakukan distribusi dan masuk ke dalam sinking fund);
- Sebesar Rp210.089.530,- merupakan porsi pembayaran
kepada PT Bank DKI selaku Kreditur Finansial Lainnya (Belum
dilakukan distribusi dan masuk ke dalam sinking fund).
WSBP akan melaksanakan pembayaran CFADS tahap
berikutnya pada tanggal 25 September 2024.

Payment of the Company's Cash Flow Available for Debt

Description of Material Information or Based on the provisions of Tranche A & Tranche B of the
Facts Composition Plan which has been ratified by the Panel of
Judges at the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District
Court with case register No. 497/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst dated 28 June 2022 which has
permanent legal force and is effective since 20 September
2022 in accordance with the Decision of the Supreme Court of
the Republic of Indonesia No. 1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022
(Composition Plan), WSBP has made CFADS Phase III
payments amounting to IDR 76,431,533,605,- on March 25th,
2024 with the following details:
- IDR 3,266,064,567,- which is the coupon payment for
Waskita Beton Precast Bonds I and II Year 2022;
- IDR 36,623,498,312,- which is interest payments to Financial
Creditors (Banking);
- A total of IDR 36,541,970,726,- which is the payment of
CFADS Phase III to Trade Creditors (Active Trade Creditors
and Previous Trade Creditors).
In the CFADS Phase III payment, payments and allocations
were also made for funds resulting from the auction of the
Company's assets (asset disposal) which was carried out on
March 14th. The funds allocated amount to IDR
8,306,258,141,- with the following details:
- IDR 6,425,224,030,- represents the portion of the principal
payment to Financial Creditors (Banking) which was paid on
March 25th 2024;
- IDR 1,091,579,790,- represents the portion of payments to
Trade Creditors (Active Trade Creditors and Previous Trade
Creditors) which was paid on March 25th 2024;
- IDR 579,364,789,- represents the principal payment portion
of Waskita Beton Precast Bonds I and II Year 2022 (not yet
distributed and entered into the sinking fund);
- IDR 210,089,530 represents the portion of payment to PT
Bank DKI as Other Financial Creditor (not yet distributed and
entered into the sinking fund).
WSBP will carry out the next phase of CFADS payments on
September 25th, 2024.
