Kevin Soedyatmiko sebagai komisaris Perusahaan yang baru, menggantikan Sdr. Saurabh Narayan Agarwal. Sdr. Kevin Soedyatmiko akan segera menjalani proses uji kelayakan dan kepatutan (fit and proper test) pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Indonesia (OJK). Setelah persetujuan dari OJK atas uji kelayakan dan kepatutan diterbitkan, Perusahaan akan mengadakan rapat umum pemegang saham untuk menyetujui pengangkatan yang bersangkutan sebagai komisaris Perusahaan. Sampai dengan pengangkatan tersebut efektif, manajemen Perusahaan akan memastikan bahwa Perusahaan beroperasi dan menjalankan kegiatan usahanya seperti biasa. Mr. Kevin Soedyatmiko will undergo a fit and proper test process with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan — OJK) immediately. Once the OJK's approval on the fit and proper test is issued, the Company will hold a general meeting of its shareholders to approve the appointment of Mr. Kevin as the commissioner of the Company.
