Memenuhi ketentuan pelaporan berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.42/POJK.04/2020 tentang
Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan, bersama ini kami menyampaikan laporan transaksi afiliasi
sebagai berikut:
Obyek Transaksi Pada tanggal 28 April 2026, PT. Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk ( Perseroan ) dengan PT Ekosistem Kreatif
Indonesia telah menandatangani Perjanjian Kerja Sama Sponsorship tentang Penyelenggaraan Allo Bank Festival 2026
antara PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk dan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia dengan No. 017/PKS/IV/2026 dan No.
027/CXO-EXT/IV/2026
Nilai transaksi atas kerja sama sponsorship tersebut sebesar Rp4.980.000.000,00 (empat miliar sembilan ratus delapan
puluh juta rupiah) sudah termasuk PPN.
Dengan memperhatikan modal disetor Perseroan per tanggal 31 Maret 2026 yang tercatat sebesar
Rp2.173.025.644.200,00 (dua triliun seratus tujuh puluh tiga milyar dua puluh lima juta enam ratus empat puluh empat
ribu dua ratus rupiah), maka total transaksi sebesar Rp4.980.000.000,00 tidak melebihi 0.5% (nol koma lima persen)
dari modal disetor Perseroan atau tidak melebihi jumlah Rp5.000.000.000,00 (lima miliar rupiah). Dengan demikian
Perseroan hanya wajib melaporkan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan paling lambat akhir hari kerja ke-2 (kedua) setelah
terjadinya transaksi.

Other Information:
In compliance with the reporting requirements under Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020
concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, we hereby submit the following affiliated
transaction report:
Transaction Subject: On April 28, 2026, PT. Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk (the "Company") and PT Ekosistem Kreatif
Indonesia signed a Sponsorship Cooperation Agreement for the 2026 Allo Bank Festival, No. 017/PKS/IV/2026 and No.
027/CXO-EXT/IV/2026, respectively.
The transaction value for this sponsorship cooperation was Rp4,980,000,000.00 (four billion nine hundred and eighty
million rupiah), including VAT.
Taking into account the paid-up capital of the Company as of March 31, 2026, which was recorded at
Rp2,173,025,644,200.00 (two trillion one hundred seventy-three billion twenty-five million six hundred forty-four
thousand two hundred rupiah), the total transaction of Rp4,980,000,000.00 does not exceed 0.5% (zero point five
percent) of the paid-up capital of the Company or does not exceed the amount of Rp5,000,000,000.00 (five billion
rupiah). Thus, the Company is only required to report to the Financial Services Authority no later than the end of the 2nd
(second) business day after the transaction occurs.
