Selanjutnya Perseroan akan mengikuti dan menjalankan ketentuan yang diatur di dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK 33”) dan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan untuk mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham dan meminta persetujuan dari pemegang saham atas pengunduran diri tersebut./ On March 22”, 2024 the Company has received a letter Of resignation from Mr Tedy Homogin from his position as Director of the Company. Furthermore, the Company will follow and implement the provisions stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 33”) and the Company's Articles of Association to hold a General Meeting of Shareholders and seek approval from the shareholders for his resignation.
