Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Jenis asset adalah 2 (dua) unit mobil Avanza
2. Nilai perolehan atas penjualan Aset adalah sebesar
Rp 217.000.000 (dua ratus tujuh belas juta rupiah)
3. Penjual dari Aset adalah PT Isra Presisi Indonesia
Tbk, sebuah perusahaan publik yang didirikan berdasarkan
hukum negara Indonesia dan berdomisili di Bekasi (Penjual)
dan pembeli dari Aset adalah perorangan (reseller)
4. Penjual dan pembeli tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi
dan tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam POJK No.42/POJK.04/2020 tentang
Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan.
5. Berdasarkan nilai perolehan tersebut di atas,
transaksi penjualan Aset tersebut bukan merupakan Transaksi
Material, sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 17/POJK.
04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan
Usaha, karena nilai transaksi tidak lebih dari 20% (dua puluh
persen) nilai ekuitas Perseroan (merujuk pada nilai yang
tercantum dalam laporan keuangan tahun buku 2023)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

the Asset is an individual (reseller)
4. The seller and buyer do not have an affiliate
relationship and do not contain a conflict of interest as referred
to in POJK No.42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliate
Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
5. Based on the acquisition value mentioned above, the
asset sale transaction is not a Material Transaction, as
referred to in POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material
Transactions and Changes in Business Activities, because the
transaction value is not more than 20% (twenty percent) of the
Company's equity value (referring to the value stated in the
financial statements for the 2023 financial year)
