The Company signed facility agreement with PT Bank
Permata Tbk of Rp.2,250,000,000,000 with a term of 7
years to :
- to repay the existing short term loans;
- to finance the additional project capital
expenditure and general purposes;
- Option to refinance the outstanding long-term loans;
