Materi Public Expose - Tahunan (KOREKSI), dengan ini perseroan menyampaikan hal sebagai berikut:
Penyampaian Informasi Pemenuhan Kewajiban Public
Berdasarkan Peraturan Bursa I-E, maka Perseroan menyampaikan materi Public Expose sesuai Laporan Keuangan
Auditan Tahunan per 31 Desember 2023 yang telah disampaikan melalui 021/EXT/GMTD/CORSEC/III/2024 tanggal
2024-03-22 perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka Perseroan
telah memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose Tahunan.
Informasi Lain
Perseroan menyampaikan materi Public Expose Tahunan untuk periode Tahun Buku 2023 bersamaan dengan
penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Perseroan yang telah diaudit untuk periode Tahun Buku 2023 yang
disampaikan pada hari ini. Dengan demikian, mengacu pada ketentuan III.3.6 sebagaimana tertuang di dalam Surat
Keputusan Direksi PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 terhitung sejak tanggal 1 Februari 2021
perihal Perubahan atas Peraturan Nomor I.E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, Perseroan dianggap telah
memenuhi kewajiban untuk melaksanakan Public Expose Tahunan untuk Tahun Buku 2023.

Materi Public Expose - Tahunan (KOREKSI), dengan ini perseroan menyampaikan hal sebagai berikut:
Submission of Information on Fulfillment of Public Expose
Based on the I-E Exchange Regulation, the Company submits the Public Expose material in accordance with the
Annual Audited Financial Statements on 31 Desember 2023 which has been submitted via
021/EXT/GMTD/CORSEC/III/2024 dated 2024-03-22 regarding Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. In this
regard, the Company has fulfilled the obligations of the Annual Public Expose.
Other Information:
Hereby the Company has submitted the Annual Public Expose materials for the 2024 Financial Year period along with
the submission of the Company's Annual Audited Financial Statements for the 2023 Financial Year Period that submited
by today. Thus, referring to provision III.3.6 as stated in the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT. Indonesia Stock
Exchange Number Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 effective from February 1, 2021 regarding the Amandement to regulation
Number I.E concerning Obligations to Submit Information, the Company is deemed to have fulfilled the obligation to
implement the Annual Public Expose for the Financial Year 2023.
