Bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa Perseroan telah menerima Surat Permohonan Pengunduran Diri Bapak Iriawan Ibarat dari jabatannya selaku Komisaris Independen Perseroan pada tanggal 22 Maret 2024. Sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam POJK 33/2014 dan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, pengunduran diri Bapak Iriawan Ibarat tersebut akan dibahas dan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang akan dilaksanakan. We herewith informed that the Company has received a Resignation Letter from Mr. Iriawan Ibarat from his position as Independent Commissioner of the Company on 22 March 2024. In accordance with the provisions in POJK 33/2014 and Company's Article of Association, the resignation of Mr. Iriawan Ibarat will be discussed and decided at the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held.
