Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Transaksi penambahan penyertaan modal Perseroan pada
SKI (anak perusahaan Perseroan) melalui pengambilan
bagian atas 390 (tiga ratus sembilan puluh) lembar saham
baru yang diterbitkan oleh SKI dengan nilai total transaksi
sebesar Rp3.585.921.690,00 (tiga miliar lima ratus delapan
puluh lima juta sembilan ratus dua puluh satu ribu enam ratus
sembilan puluh rupiah) atau sebesar Rp9.194.671,00
(sembilan juta seratus sembilan puluh empat ribu enam ratus
tujuh puluh satu rupiah) per lembar saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan dilakukannya akuisisi SKI, pada sisi keuangan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan perseroan dapat melakukan konsolidasi laporan keuangan SKI
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kepada laporan keuangan Perseroan dengan porsi yang lebih
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau besar (dari 60,11% menjadi 67,28%), sedangkan keuntungan
Perusahaan Publik strategis pada sisi lainnya, Perseroan dapat mengintegrasikan
ekosisitem yang ada pada ekosisitem SKI dengan ekosisitem
yang ada pada ekosisitem GSS sehingga diharapkan dapat
menciptakan transaksi baru baik dengan platform atau
software yang sudah ada atau dengan menciptakan platform
atau software yang baru

Facts Company in SKI (a subsidiary of the Company) through the
acquisition of 390 (three hundred and ninety) new shares
issued by SKI, with a total transaction value of
Rp3,585,921,690.00 (three billion five hundred eighty-five
million nine hundred twenty-one thousand six hundred ninety
Indonesian Rupiah) or Rp9,194,671.00 (nine million one
hundred ninety-four thousand six hundred seventy-one
Indonesian Rupiah) per share.
Impact of event, material information or With the acquisition of SKI, on the financial side, the company
facts towards Issuers or Public can consolidate SKI's financial statements into the Company's
Company’s operational activities, legal, financial statements to a greater extent (from 60,11% to
financial condition, or going concern 67,28%). On the other hand, the strategic benefits include
integrating the ecosystem existing in SKI with the ecosystem in
GSS, which is expected to create new transactions either with
existing platforms or software, or by creating new platforms or
software.
