process of finalizing the acguisition of a

ITMA SOON TO COMPLETE ACOUISITION OF
3x18MW POWER PLANT

PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk ("ITMA"), through its
subsidiary PT Andalan Group Power ("AGP") is in the
process of completing the acguisition of a 3x13MW
power plant located in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Rocky Oktanso Sugih, President Director of ITMA said
"We are currently at final negotiate stage in regards
of the acguisition, and we will have formal public
disclosure of the transaction soon. The long-term
contract owned by this power plant results in stable
performance that will have a positive contribution on
ITMA's financial performance in 2024"

Furthermore, this corporate action is believed to
support and expand ITMA's portfolio as an energy
and natural resources company in Indonesia.

In line with this, ITMA supports PT Astrindo
Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk, as the Holding
Company, in green initiatives to overcome the global
climate through renewable project plans that
decarbonize/carbon neutral existing operations and
the use of renewable energy for new projects.

PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK 3 x 18MW

PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk ("ITMA”), melalui
entitas anak PT Andalan Group Power (“AGP”)
sedang dalam proses merampungkan akuisisi
pembangkit listrik berkapasitas 3x18MW berlokasi di
Kalimantan Timur.

Rocky Oktanso Sugih, Presiden Direktur ITMA,
mengatakan "Saat ini kami dalam tahapan negosiasi
final sehubungan dengan akuisisi ini, dan kami akan
melakukan keterbukaan informasi mengenai
transaksi secara formal dalam waktu dekat. Kontrak
jangka panjang yang dimiliki oleh pembangkit listrik
ini menghasilkan kinerja stabil yang akan
memberikan kontribusi positif kepada kinerja
keuangan ITMA di tahun 2024”.
