Implementation Plan for Capital Increase
Without Pre-emptive Rights

Management and Employee Shares
Ownership Program (“MESOP Program”)
of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk
(the “Company”).
Dear Sirs,
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 38/POJK.04/2014 dated 29 December
2014 concerning Capital Increases for Public
Companies Without Pre-emptive Rights, we hereby
submit the evidence of the Announcement regarding
the Company's plan to conduct PMTHMETD for the
purpose of implementing the MESOP Program in
Grant Phase II ("Announcement").
In this matter, the Announcement have been
published on the websites of Indonesia Stock
Exchange and the Company respectively on 20 March
2024.
Please be informed accordingly. Thank you for your
