Press Release
Strengthening Credibility and Transparency in the Energy Industry, Elnusa
Invites Pefindo and Creditors to Site Visit to TBBM Manggis
Jakarta, 21 March 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of the Pertamina Upstream
Subholding, recently held a Site Visit to the Manggis Oil Fuel Terminal (TBBM), Bali (7/ 3). The event was attended by Main Director Bachtiar
Soeria Atmadja, ELNUSA Finance Director Stanley Iriawan, Elnusa Operations and Marketing Director Petrofin Ferdiansyah, as well as
representatives of ELNUSA management. Also present were several external parties, including the PEFINDO Rating Agency and a number of
creditors such as PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank
BTPN Tbk, MUFG Bank, and PT Bank UOB Indonesia.
The Site Visit activity was carried out in the context of monitoring the annual rating by PEFINDO of ELNUSA, as well as to fulfill obligations in
the credit agreement between ELNUSA and creditors which is carried out every year. Elnusa Finance Director Stanley Iriawan said during the
visit, "We chose TBBM Manggis as the location for the visit because it is one of the business units that has a strategic role in supporting the
fulfillment of the energy needs of the community, especially in the Bali region. "TBBM Manggis, which is one of the businesses in the Energy
Distribution and Logistics Services segment, is part of the Fuel Fleet Management business unit managed by Elnusa's subsidiary, namely PT
Elnusa Petrofin (EPN)," said Stanley.
TBBM Manggis, which is located in a quite strategic area, is also considered to have a role in making a large contribution to the company's
consolidated revenue. "Through this Site Visit activity, we hope to introduce in more depth and breadth the existing business of ELNUSA and
its subsidiaries, including business operations and investments that have been made. "It is hoped that this will facilitate the process of
collaborating with stakeholders for our future projects, and this activity is also one of the annual agendas which is one of the requirements for
monitoring PEFINDO's annual ranking," said Stanley.
As additional information, in January 2024, Elnusa again achieved the PEFINDO i-Grade Index constituent ranking. Based on the evaluation
results of PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), ELSA shares are included as a constituent of the
PEFINDO i-Grade Index for the period January – June 2024.
"For this reason, due to ELNUSA's consistency and strong fundamentals, we believe that ELNUSA's credibility and transparency will be a good
assessment in the management of investment funds and the utilization of financing facilities from creditors, which in the end can continue to
maintain the ratings that have been carried out by PEFINDO and "IDX and the trust of creditors and shareholders in general," concluded Stanley.
This step shows ELNUSA's commitment to maintaining good relationships with business partners and other stakeholders, as well as a
manifestation of the spirit of collaboration in business in the energy industry.
