Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 21 Maret 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA) anak
usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina, menggelar acara "Santai
Tanya Program Risk, Finance & Treasury, Controller" atau
yang disingkat dengan "SANTAP RISOL". Acara yang digelar
di Ruang Udaya, Graha Elnusa ini merupakan inisiatif Elnusa
melalui Direktorat keuangan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman
dan kesadaran Perwira Elnusa Group terhadap alur proses
bisnis yang lebih komprehensif, khususnya pada aspek
Enterprise Risk Management, Finance & Treasury, dan
Controller.
Inisiatif program ini menciptakan ruang diskusi yang interaktif
dan informatif, dimana Perwira Elnusa dapat bertanya dan
berdiskusi langsung dengan praktisi di bidang Enterprise Risk
Management, Finance &Treasury, dan Controller. Melalui
acara ini, Elnusa berharap dapat meningkatkan awareness
serta pemahaman Perwira terhadap proses dan alur kerja di
ketiga bidang tersebut, sehingga dapat lebih efektif dalam
mengambil keputusan dan berkontribusi terhadap
keberlanjutan bisnis Perusahaan.
Acara ini dibuka dengan sambutan Direktur Keuangan Elnusa,
Stanley Iriawan. Dalam sambutannya Stanley menyampaikan
bahwa keberhasilan organisasi sangat terkait dengan
efektivitas strategi dan keputusan keuangan. "Forum ini
bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gambaran secara umum atas
bisnis proses yang dijalankan di keuangan terutama untuk
Perwira Elnusa di fungsi non keuangan. Melalui forum ini juga
kita bisa saling memahami bisnis proses di setiap fungsi non
keuangan seperti di fungsi operasi, marketing & busdev serta
lainnya, sehingga bilamana ditemukan hambatan selama
proses yang melibatkan keuangan, kita dapat segera mencari
solusinya, seperti melakukan perbaikan dari bisnis proses
existing di fungsi tersebut untuk menyesuaikan proses bisnis
yang ada sesuai dengan regulasi di keuangan," ucap Stanley.
Stanley menambahkan, "Bersama-sama kita akan
menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, menilai risiko,
dan merancang strategi-strategi keuangan untuk
mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya dan membentuk
rencana keuangan Elnusa yang lebih kuat dan tangguh. Saya
yakin dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan kolektif Perwira Elnusa
untuk memastikan inisiatif keuangan, kita dapat mendukung
realisasi Visi Elnusa dengan segera," kata Stanley.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan serangkaian sesi yang mendalam
mengenai berbagai topik, dimulai dari pemaparan mengenai
Enterprise Risk Management meliputi Pengembangan Aplikasi
ERMS, Risk Management Implementation, Business
Continuity Management, Risk Register Fase Tender, dan
Monitoring Mitigasi Risiko. Dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan
mengenai Financial Accounting yang menjelaskan Proses
Bisnis Keuangan serta Perpajakan Perusahaan secara
komprehensif. Selanjutnya pemaparan Financial Business
Controller yang berfokus membahas mengenai pengelolaan
anggaran serta penjelasan singkat terkait peran ICoFR guna
meningkat kehandalan Laporan keuangan. Pemaparan
terakhir adalah terkait Finance & Treasury yang secara garis
besar membahas mengenai Cash & Liquidity Management,
Funding Availability, dan Trade Management.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 21 March 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), a
Facts subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of
the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, held an event "Casually
Ask Risk, Finance & Treasury Program, Controller" or what is
abbreviated as "SANTAP RISOL" . The event, which was held
in the Udaya Room, Graha Elnusa, was an Elnusa initiative
through the Finance Directorate to increase Elnusa Group
Officers' understanding and awareness of more
comprehensive business process flows, especially in the
aspects of Enterprise Risk Management, Finance & Treasury,
and Controller.
This program initiative creates an interactive and informative
discussion space, where Elnusa officers can ask questions
and discuss directly with practitioners in the fields of Enterprise
Risk Management, Finance & Treasury, and Controller.
Through this event, Elnusa hopes to increase officers'
awareness and understanding of processes and work flows in
these three fields, so that they can be more effective in making
decisions and contribute to the sustainability of the Company's
business.
This event opened with remarks from Elnusa's Finance
Director, Stanley Iriawan. In his speech, Stanley said that
organizational success is closely related to the effectiveness of
strategy and financial decisions. "This forum aims to improve
the general picture of business processes carried out in
finance, especially for Elnusa officers in non-financial
functions. Through this forum we can also understand each
other's business processes in every non-financial function
such as operations, marketing & bus development and others,
so that if obstacles are found during processes involving
finance, we can immediately look for solutions, such as making
improvements to existing business processes in "This function
is to adjust existing business processes in accordance with
financial regulations," said Stanley.
Stanley added, "Together we will analyze and identify needs,
assess risks, and design financial strategies to optimize
resource allocation and form a stronger and more resilient
Elnusa financial plan. "I am confident that by leveraging the
collective strength of Elnusa Officers to ensure financial
initiatives, we can support the immediate realization of the
Elnusa Vision," said Stanley.
The event continued with a series of in-depth sessions on
various topics, starting with a presentation on Enterprise Risk
Management including ERMS Application Development, Risk
Management Implementation, Business Continuity
Management, Risk Register Tender Phase, and Risk Mitigation
Monitoring. Followed by a presentation on Financial
Accounting which explains the Financial Business Process and
Company Taxation comprehensively. Next was the Financial
Business Controller's presentation which focused on
discussing budget management as well as a brief explanation
regarding the role of ICoFR in increasing the reliability of
financial reports. The final presentation was related to Finance
& Treasury which generally discussed Cash & Liquidity
Management, Funding Availability, and Trade Management.
Elnusa is committed to continuing to develop human resource
competencies and capabilities as part of one of the Company's
business strategy focuses. It is hoped that this event can

become a forum for learning and exchange of knowledge for
officers, as well as strengthening company fundamentals in
facing future business challenges.
