Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Transaksi pengambilalihan saham yang dilakukan oleh
Perseroan terhadap saham BSR yang dimiliki PT Vasanta
Indo Property (VIP).
Nilai transaksi pengambilalihan 50% (lima puluh persen)
saham BSR milik VIP yang setara dengan 92.875 (sembilan
puluh dua ribu delapan ratus tujuh puluh lima) lembar saham
adalah sebesar Rp.112.227.710.000 (seratus dua belas miliar
dua ratus dua puluh tujuh juta tujuh ratus sepuluh ribu
Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Manfaat yang diperoleh bagi Perseroan secara langsung atas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dilakukannya Akuisisi ini adalah:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, a. Dalam hal investasi pada BSR diproyeksikan akan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menghasilkan keuntungan yang berdampak pada
Perusahaan Publik dihasilkannya dividen bagi Perseroan.
b. Meningkatkan kesempatan Perseroan dalam
mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas untuk konsumen
domestik dan internasional.
c. Pertumbuhan Perseroan secara unorganic melalui
akuisisi bisnis yang memiliki konsep yang sama dengan
Perseroan berdampak menghasilkan perluasan bisnis
Perseroan dan anak usaha Perseroan.

Facts The acqusition transaction value of 50% (fifty percent) of VIP
shares in BSR which is equivalent to 92,875 (ninety two
thousand eight hundred and seventy five) shares is Rp.
112,227,710,000 (one hundred twelve billion two hundred two
twenty-seven million seven hundred and ten thousand
Rupiah).
