                                ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PROPOSED IMPLEMENTATION OF
                                  CAPITAL INCREASES WITHOUT PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS
                                        (“NON PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS”) PHASE I


Based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approval of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (the
“Company”) as stated under Deed of EGMS Minutes No. 56 dated 10 June 2022, made before Jose Dima Satria,
S.H., M.Kn., Notary in the Administrative City of South Jakarta (“EGMS”), the Company intends to conduct the
Non Pre-emptive Rights Phase I by issuing ordinary shares up to 362,133,000 (three hundred sixty-two million
one hundred thirty-three thousand) shares within the following exercise schedule:
