Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan No. I.E sebagaimana tercantum dalam Surat Keputusan
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 tanggal 12 Desember 2025 tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi serta memperhatikan Surat Edaran nomor SE-00003/BEI/05-2020
tanggal 29 Mei 2020 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Public Expose secara elektronik, dengan ini Perseroan
menyampaikan rencana penyelenggaraan Public Expose tahun 2026, yaitu pada:
Hari/Tanggal : Selasa, 19 Mei 2026
Waktu : 11.00 WIB atau setelah penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2025 selesai
Tempat : Tayangan langsung melalui aplikasi Zoom
Pihak Manajemen : Direksi Perseroan dan Corporate Secretary
yang akan hadir
Agenda : Paparan umum kinerja Perseroan
Perseroan akan menyampaikan materi dari Public Expose selambat-lambatnya 3 (tiga) Hari Bursa
sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan.
Tata cara pendaftaran untuk mengikuti Public Expose adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Peserta yang hendak mengikuti Public Expose harus melakukan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu dengan
cara mengakses tautan sebagai berikut: https://linktr.ee/PUBEXBAUT selambat-lambatnya pada
Jumat, 15 Mei 2026.
2. Peserta yang telah melakukan pendaftaran akan mendapatkan Tautan untuk mengikuti Public Expose
yang dikirim pada e-mail masing-masing peserta.
3. Peserta diharapkan untuk bergabung paling lambat 30 (tiga puluh) menit sebelum Public Expose
dimulai.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In compliance with provisions of Regulation No. I.E as stipulated in the Attachment to the Decree of the
Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”) No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December
2025 regarding Information Disclosure Obligations and according to the Circular Letter of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 dated 29 May 2020 regarding the Procedures for Electronic Public
Expose, we hereby inform the plan for the Company’s 2026 Public Expose, which will be held as follows:
Hari/Tanggal : Tuesday, May 19th 2026
Waktu : 11:00 AM WIB or after the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders for Fiscal Year 2025
Tempat : Live broadcast via Zoom application
Pihak Manajemen : The Company’s Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary

The Company will submit the Public Expose materials no later than 3 (three) Exchange Days prior to the
event date.
The registration procedure to participate in the Public Expose is as follows:
1. Participants who wish to attend must register in advance by accessing the following link:
https://linktr.ee/PUBEXBAUT no later than Friday, 15 May 2026.
2. Registered participants will receive a link to join the Public Expose, which will be sent to each
participant’s respective email address.
3. Participants are expected to join at least 30 (thirty) minutes before the Public Expose begins.
