pada tanggal 14 April 2026.
Nilai fasilitas kredit maksimum sebesar Rp 900.000.000.000,-
Nilai fasilitas kredit ini dikenakan suku bunga, provisi, denda
keterlambatan dan biaya administrasi sesuai dengan
ketentuan Bank.
Transaksi ini tidak merupakan transaksi afiliasi karena antara
Perusahaan dan Bank Pemberi Pinjaman tidak memiliki
hubungian afiliasi
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Memberikan dampak positif terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional Perusahaan, karena fasilitas kredit akan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, digunakan untuk membiayai operasional Perusahaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Dapat memberikan dampak hukum berupa beralihnya
Perusahaan Publik jaminan kepada Kreditur apabila Perusahaan gagal membayar
pinjaman tepat waktu

Description of Material Information or PT Triaryani (a Subsidiary of the Company) has signed a
Facts Credit Facility Agreement for the Utilization of Foreign
Exchange from Exports of Natural Resources with PT Bank
Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Bank) before Notary Dr. Michael, SH,
ST, Mkn, Mth, PhD on April 14, 2026.
The maximum credit facility value is IDR 900,000,000,000.
This credit facility value is subject to interest, provisions, late
fees, and administration fees in accordance with Bank
regulations.
This transaction is not an affiliated transaction because there
is no affiliate relation between the Company and the Bank.
Impact of event, material information or - Will give a positive impact on the Company
facts towards Issuers or Public operational activities, as the credit facility will be used to
