Berdasarkan informasi poin 1 di atas, masih terdapat jumlah pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan Ill Bumi Serpong Damai dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan | Bumi Serpong Damai yang belum diterbitkan masing-masing sebesar Rp1,45 triliun dan Rp550,00 miliar dan Perseroan tidak berencana untuk menerbitkan sisa jumlah obligasi dan sukuk tersebut, hal ini dikarenakan saat ini, kupon obligasi yang berlaku di pasar sudah sangat tinggi. Demikian informasi ini disampaikan guna memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.36/POJK.04/2014, tentang Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Efek Bersifat Utang dan/atau Sukuk.
