Elnusa Runs Circular Economy Program Through Processing Recycled
   Waste Results from the Creativity of Children with Disabilities
Jakarta, 15 March 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi which is part of the Pertamina Upstream
Subholding, has just held a community development event through "Knitting Work with Special Friends of Elnusa". This event will be clear
evidence of ELNUSA's concern for environmental preservation in the processing of recycled waste by Elnusa Disabled Persons. This is also one
of Elnusa's commitments to empower the community, in this case the disabled, to produce work that has sales value from processed plastic
waste which is able to create a circular economy.

The event was also attended by the entire Elnusa Board of Commissioners, Elnusa Directors, Elnusa Subsidiary Management Representatives
as well as Elnusa Management and Officers. The "Knitting Work with Special Friends of Elnusa" program has been successfully running since
the end of 2023. This activity includes providing training and mentoring to Special Friends of Elnusa, people with disabilities who have creative
talents in making patterns, cutting and sewing.

Elnusa collaborates with Plasticpay to launch a Circular Economy Program by providing plastic waste management facilities in the form of a
Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) and Dropbox. Plastic waste collected through RVM and Elnusa Dropbox will be recycled by Plasticpay into
environmentally friendly raw materials. A total of 14,491 plastic waste bottles or the equivalent of 270.98 kg were collected from August 2023
to February 2024 in the Graha Elnusa area. From a number of waste bottles collected, 4 rolls of felt were produced which were created into
creative products by Special Friends from the Nusantara Depok Special Education Foundation (YPLB).

The stages carried out in this program include providing education and training starting with an introduction to sewing materials and
equipment, making patterns, and operating sewing machines, until ultimately producing superior work.
This creative work produced 500 products including Pouches, Laptop Cases and Tote Bags. These products will be used as Corporate Hampers,
which will be launched simultaneously at the event. After the launch, it was continued with activities that stimulate gross and fine motor skills
by Special Friends of Elnusa.

Elnusa President Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja who was present at the event said, "this program is part of a long process of Elnusa's CSR
activities, starting from the "Freedom of Plastic Waste" program which collaborates with the social movement based on the digital platform
"Plasticpay", then continued with the skills training process at YPLB Nusantara Depok, to finally produce the environmentally friendly products
that we can see today," said Bachtiar.

Bachtiar added, "I believe that Elnusa has a great opportunity to support sustainability programs through the active role of all Elnusa officers.
"We hope that this activity can provide a sustainable positive impact for all parties involved," concluded Bachtiar.
