Berkenaan dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Informasi No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, butir III.3.
Kewajiban Public Expose dan sesuai Surat Edaran PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. SE-00003/
BEI/05-2020 tanggal 29 Mei 2020 perihal Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Public Expose Secara Elektronik,
maka dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa guna memenuhi peraturan dan ketentuan dimaksud,
Perseroan merencanakan untuk menyelenggarakan acara Paparan Publik dengan rincian sebagai
berikut: / Pursuant to the Decree of the Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendment of Regulation No. I-E regarding the Obligation to
Submit Information, point III.3. Public Expose Obligations and according to the Circular Letter of
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 dated 29 May 2020 regarding the Procedures
for Electronic Public Expose, we hereby inform you that in order to comply with the rules and
regulations above mentioned, the Company plans to hold a Public Expose event with the following
details:
Hari & Tanggal / Day & Date : Selasa / Tuesday, 19 Mei / May 2026
Waktu / Time : 11.45 WIB / 11.45 am Western Indonesia Time
Tempat / Venue : Diselenggarakan melalui aplikasi Zoom / Will be held via
Zoom application
Acara Paparan Publik tersebut akan dihadiri oleh manajemen Perseroan / The Public Expose will
be attended by the managements of the Company.
Tata cara pendaftaran untuk mengikuti acara Paparan Publik tersebut adalah sebagai berikut / The
registration procedure for participating in the Public Expose are as follows:
1. Peserta melakukan pendaftaran dengan mengirimkan email ke pubex@oke.com dengan
menyertakan nama, institusi, alamat email, dan nomor HP. Pendaftaran akan ditutup pada hari
Selasa, 12 Mei 2026 pukul 16.00 WIB. / Participants are required to register by sending an email
to pubex@oke.com by including their name, institution, email address and mobile number.
Registration will be closed on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 04.00 pm Western Indonesia Time.

2. Link Zoom akan diinformasikan ke alamat email yang terdaftar paling lambat pada hari Senin,
18 Mei 2026. / The Zoom link will be informed to the registered email address at the latest on
Monday, May 18, 2026.
