Keterangan Lain - Lain Other Information PT. PAN BROTHERS Tbk USD171 juta yang jatuh tempo Desember 2025, yang diterbitkan oleh PB International B.V., di 'C' dengan Peringkat Recovery 'RR4'. Pada saat yang sama, Fitch Ratings Indonesia telah menurunkan Peringkat Nasional Jangka Panjang Pan Brothers menjadi 'RD(idn)' dari 'C(idn)'. Fiteh has also affiimed the rating on Pan Brothers" USDA171 million seniar unsecured notes due December 2025, issued by PB Intemational B.V. at 'C' with a Recovery Rating of 'RR4' Al lhe same time, Fitch Ratings Indonesia has downgraded Pan Brothers" National Long-Term Rating to 'ROfidn)' from 'C(idn)'. Tidak Ada None Perseroan telah mengadakan rapat pemegang obligasi dan mengirimkan surat permohonan kepada Wali Amanat (Trustee) mengenai rencana pembayaran kupon obligasi. Fitch Ratings akan menilai kembali peningkatan peringkat apabila terdapat penyelesaian pembayaran. The Company has held a bondholders meeting and sent areguest letter to the Trustee of the bond coupon payment plan. Fitch Ratings will reassess he rating upgrade if there is a payment seltlement.
