KEP- 306/BEJ/07-2004 Peraturan Nomor 1-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi pasal 1II.1.4., maka PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20” pada pos Total Aset dan Total Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan yang telah diaudit periode 1 Januari 2023 — 31 Desember 2023, dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut: Laporan Posisi Keuangan yang Telah Diaudit, Total Aset dan Liabilitas Perseroan per 31 Desember 2023 tidak ada perubahan lebih dari 20” dibandingkan dengan Total Aset dan Liabilitas Perseroan per 31 Desember 2022. Total Aset Perseroan Total Aset Perseroan pada akhir 31 Desember 2023 dibukukan sebesar Rp 560.353.325.935 sedangkan pada akhir periode 31 Desember 2022 Perseroan membukukan Total Aset sebesar Rp 553.207.312.282. Total Aset Perseroan pada akhir 31 Desember 2023 mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 7.146.013.653 atau naik 1,29” dibandingkan Total Aset Perseroan pada akhir periode 31 Desember 2022.

Total Liabilitas Perseroan Total Liabilitas Perseroan pada akhir 31 Desember 2023 dibukukan sebesar Rp 162.422.114.987 sedangkan pada akhir periode 31 Desember 2022 Perseroan membukukan Total Liabilitas sebesar Rp 188.886.108.964. Total Liabilitas Perseroan pada akhir 31 Desember 2023 mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp 26.463.993.977 atau turun 14,01”s dibandingkan Total Liabilitas Perseroan pada periode 31 Desember 2022.
